I recieved the following E mail on the 29th May 2014, from Chris Mann, and then he sent the 4 photos on to me.
I then had another E mail from Chris with how he got the album, as below, after the photos..

Dear les,

I have come across a photograph album which is titled,
R.A.F Topcliffe - R.A.F Changi 27-9-52  -  8-10-52 calling at England, Africa, Iraq, Pakistan, Ceylon and Malaya.
Inside the album are lots of photographs mostly views taken from inside the plane. I was wondering if this is something you know about as
I am very interested in finding something out about it. There is one photograph of the plane but I can only see the letter GAN on the side.

Many Thanks
Regards Chris.

This is the first photo.

Raflp isstres unit badge
I have just been sent a shield, see above, with a "Unit Badge", by Ian Andrew, as you can see, except for the wording it is the Transport Command Crest.
Ian said, I served with the RAFLP from Sept 57 to Sept 58. In May 58 we moved from Istres to Base Aerienne 115 Orange-Caritat.
The following was sent to me by Barry 'Doc' Hughes, and he would like me to acknowledge that he isindebted to Tony Fleet for the photo.
Istres was actually a sub-unit of Transport Command HQ Upavon, that was located in the south of France on the Mediterranean coast. French title of the base at Istres was Base Aerienne 125.
RAFLP  the LP stood for, Liaison Party.
A medic, I was stationed at Istres in 1957, having previously done spells at Upavon and at Lyneham (at Lyneham in SSQ and as the Decompression Chamber Operator) and on CASEVAC.
The photo is of the entire Istres strength as at March 1957 – I was posted there shortly after the picture was taken (can’t quite remember when) to replace ‘Doc’ Gallagher who was going back to the UK . The best blue confirms that it was winter – in summer it would have been KD.
